About East Melbourne Anaesthesia

East Melbourne Anaesthesia is a group comprised of experienced specialist anaesthetists who provide anaesthesia care across metropolitan Melbourne and beyond.

All members are Fellows of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists and fulfil continuing professional development requirements through participation in education, research and peer-review.

Our members have active sub-specialty interests (e.g. Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery, Cancer Surgery, Complex Hepatobiliary & Transplantation, Advanced Echocardiography, Paediatrics, Trauma, Obstetrics). As a group, EMA is able to provide patient-centric, safe and evidence-based anaesthesia care across the broad range of surgical, interventional and diagnostic procedures.
